A Black Woman's Struggle....with the SCALE

I realized that at the rate I was gaining weight, I would hit 200 pounds by the time I turned 30. That. can. never. happen. Tired of yo-yo dieting and carrying extra baggage, I created this blog to motivate and inspire myself and others to be accountable to our goals.
